With our lodges Windmill View & Long Meadow View sleeping up to 6 guests, they are ideal for a family holiday, get-together with friends or a very well situated base for anyone wanting to enjoy the Wye Valley Walk.

How many does a lodge sleep?
Each luxury lodge sleeps up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Unfortunately, we do not provide travel cots at this time.
Master Bedroom
The luxurious master bedroom suite boasts a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite with shower and dressing table with mirror.
Twin Bedroom
Featuring bedside cabinets and plenty of storage space and family bathroom.
Kitchen/Dining Room
Includes a 4 seater dining table, fridge/freezer, 4 hob gas stove, oven and microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Sitting Room
Boasts 2 extremely comfortable sofas, one of which folds out into a double bed, TV/DVD player and a real flame effect electric fire.
Wi-fi
We encourage a "digital detox" whilst onsite, however, WiFI is available in our lodges.
Firepits/BBQ's
Available for use. We do not currently provide firestarters or kindling at this time, however, you are free to bring your own supplies.

Check in: 4pm - 8pm
Departure Time: 10am
Early check-in (2pm) is available at an additional cost.
Late check-out (11.30am) is available at an additional cost.
What to bring
Bedding, hand towels and shower essentials are provided. Don't forget to bring bath towels for your party.
Practicalities
There is dedicated hard-standing car parking for the exclusive use of our lodge guests.
Decking
The panoramic deck with comfortable seating allows you take in the spectacular surrounding countryside. Perfect for simply relaxing or enjoying alfresco dining with the BBQ/firepit.
Pets
Due to the soft furnishings and carpets, we don't allow dogs in the lodges. They are, however, welcome in the glamping pod at an additional cost.
Polite Request
The farm operates a Bio Pure water filtration system. We therefore provide shampoo & shower gel which is system friendly but if you would like to bring your own, please use liquid soaps only.
Pricing, Fees & Availability
Our lodges are seasonally priced from £165.00 - £210.00 per night (2 night minimum stays apply). Discounts are available for breaks over 6 nights; please contact the office before making your booking.
We also charge a one off cleaning fee of £40 per stay.
How to find us
Our site is easy to find. It’s on the B4224, just outside the village of Fownhope, there are white Caplor signs in wooden frames at the entrance. If you are coming from the M50 we are 10 minutes away when you come off at Junction 3, you will travel along the B4221 for 2 miles until you get to the B4224. We are on the left hand side after about 5 miles.
