Bedding, shower essentials and hand towels are provided. We do not provide bath towels in the lodges at this time.

Practicalities

There is dedicated hard-standing car parking for the exclusive use of our lodge guests.  This is also where you will find one of the two EV chargers for guest use.

Decking

The panoramic deck with comfortable seating allows you take in the spectacular surrounding countryside. Perfect for simply relaxing or enjoying alfresco dining with the BBQ/firepit.

Pets

Due to the soft furnishings and carpets, we regrettably don't currently allow dogs to stay in the lodges. They are however welcome to stay with a guest if your party is utilising one of our glamping pods on site.  An additional fee will apply.

Polite Request

The farm operates a Bio Pure water filtration system. We therefore provide shampoo & shower gel which is system friendly but if you would like to bring your own, please use liquid soaps only.

Pricing, Fees & Availability

Our lodges are seasonally priced from £155.00 - £185.00 per night (2 night minimum stays apply) along with a one off service fee of £40 per stay. We do not usually accommodate single night stays however can consider this with supplementary rates applied. Please use the form provided to make an enquiry and we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible.

Other than ongoing promotions which are worth checking in on using the enquiry form provided, guests can also use this form or contact our office direct for discounts on stays of 3 nights or more.

How to find us

Our site should be easy to find. It’s on the B4224, on the outskirts of the village of Fownhope.  At the entrance of the lane you will find two wooden framed white signs saying Caplor.

If you are travelling from the M50, we are 10 minutes away once you exit Junction 3.  Travel along the B4221 for 2 miles until you reach the B4224 turning left to continue on towards Fownhope. Caplor Glamping & Lodges is located on the left after traveling for approximately 5 miles.
